Agony in the Garden
The pictures on the walls
are all of trees and gardens
thought to be relaxing I suppose.
I pick up a magazine
"Homes and Gardens"
I don't see the pictures though.
The results are due back today.
The room is full of people
waiting
but in the end,
I'm alone
waiting for the news.
